Meet Lisa

With experience spanning every role in a restaurant — from chef and waiter to restaurnat manager and corporate operations — I bring a 360° perspective to helping businesses grow. After a career shift from digital consulting, I trained at the prestigious Institut Paul Bocuse in France, followed by hands-on work in kitchens and restaurants before moving into IT, supply chain, and multi-unit operations for a major franchisor.

Today, I specialize in operations, customer experience, profitability, and marketing, working with restaurants that are ready to scale or improve their margins. My approach is pragmatic and solution-oriented: by understanding the perspective of every team member, I can implement changes that improve efficiency and profitability while ensuring the team is trained, engaged, and fully on board.

I’ve helped restaurants like Omonni transform from loss-making to profitable within 6 months, and guided Pitaya through a full IT architecture overhaul across 7 locations. Whatever the challenge — scaling, streamlining, or repositioning — I deliver clear strategies that turn vision into sustainable results.

A more personal note

My path into hospitality wasn’t traditional. I left digital consulting to pursue my passion for food, studying cooking and management at the Institut Paul Bocuse and working hands-on in restaurants as a chef, waiter, and manager. Since then, I’ve continued to grow my skills — even earning my baker’s degree in 2025. Beyond consulting, I still love to cook, bake, and share food and travel adventures. Hospitality for me is more than a business: it’s a passion that drives me every day.
